## Add files

Drag files into the request or use the upload control. Multiple files can be added, and upload progress is shown for larger transfers.

## Preview and organize

- Preview supported images and PDFs
- Rename files so the purpose is clear
- Download the original file when needed
- Choose a cover image for the board card
- Remove files that no longer belong to the request

## Sensitive material

Only upload material your workspace is allowed to share. Request attachments use private storage and signed access, but your own data-handling rules still apply.

## Separate source, reference, and delivery files

Use clear filenames and explain what each file is for. Source material should be editable when the work depends on it. References should include the lesson to take from them. Final delivery should remain attached to the request that approved it.

## Preview, annotate, or download

Images can be reviewed with annotations when supported. Other files may open in a safe preview or download for use in their native application. HTML files download rather than execute inside PIWOT℗, and unsupported or unsafe file types can be rejected.

## Keep private material intentional

Request attachments use authenticated access and time-limited file links. That protects the storage path, but it does not replace good judgment. Remove passwords, secret keys, payment credentials, unnecessary personal data, and material your organization is not allowed to share.

## FAQ

### Why does an HTML file download instead of opening?

HTML files are delivered as downloads for safety. Open the downloaded file only when you trust its source.

### What should I send when an upload fails?

Include the file type, approximate size, browser, request link, and the error shown. Remove private information from any screenshot.

### How should I distinguish source files from final delivery?

Use clear filenames and explain the purpose in the request. Keep editable source, visual references, and approved delivery easy to tell apart so reviewers do not comment on an obsolete version.

## Agent guidance

Use this page as approved product guidance. Do not infer private workspace state, permissions, prices, or account details that are not present in the authenticated context.
