## Profile

Open [Settings icon] Settings, then Profile, to update the account details available to you, including your name and photo.

## Reset the password

1. Open the PIWOT℗ sign-in page and choose the password reset option.
2. Enter the account email.
3. Open the newest reset email and follow its secure link.
4. Choose a new password and sign in again.

## Use one account per person

Individual accounts keep comments, approvals, invitations, and Slack actions attributable. Update your own name and photo rather than sharing a teammate's login. Ask an Admin to invite another person instead of giving them your password.

## Use only the newest reset email

Password reset links expire and can be replaced by a newer request. Open the newest message for the correct email account. If the browser is signed in as someone else, sign out before completing recovery.

## When sign-in still fails

Confirm the exact work email used for the invitation or checkout, then request one fresh reset. If the account exists but the expected workspace is missing, ask the Admin to check membership rather than repeatedly changing the password.

## Reset links expire

If the link is no longer valid, request a new email and use only the newest reset message.

## FAQ

### The reset email did not arrive. What should I check?

Check spam and the email address used for the account. Request one new link, then use the newest message because older reset links may expire.

### Which password reset email should I use?

Use only the newest reset email. Older links can expire when another reset is requested. Confirm the account email before choosing a new password.

### Should teammates share one account?

No. Give each person their own invitation and account so roles, comments, Slack identity, notifications, and access removal remain attributable to the right person.
