## Admin

Admins have full workspace control. They can manage settings, billing, Service Agreements, Active Request capacity, invitations, member roles, and removals. They can also approve requests submitted by Light users when approval is required.

## User

Users handle the normal request workflow. They can create briefs, manage work on the board, join discussions, upload files, and review delivery. They cannot manage billing, workspace roles, or other admin-only settings.

## Light user

Light users are designed for teammates who mainly follow progress, comment, review work, or share brand assets. A request they submit can require an Admin to approve it before it joins the shared workflow.

## Workspace role and request membership are different

A workspace role controls what someone can do across PIWOT℗. Joining a specific request shows who is involved in that piece of work and keeps its activity relevant to them. Adding someone to a request does not turn them into a workspace Admin.

## The PIWOT℗ delivery team

- Matched designer: the senior specialist doing the craft work for the request
- Design manager: the person who keeps priorities, scope, and workspace context coordinated across requests
- Customer request members: the people from your workspace who brief, review, decide, or approve

## FAQ

### Why can a teammate work on requests but not open Billing?

Request access and workspace administration are separate. Billing and organization controls are limited to workspace admins.

### Should every approver be an Admin?

No. Use User or Light user for people who need to review work without managing billing, member roles, or workspace-wide settings.

### Does joining a request change someone's workspace role?

No. Request membership keeps the right people involved in that work. Their Admin, User, or Light user role stays the same.
