The service list controls which kinds of work customers can choose when creating or editing a request. Keep labels understandable to the people writing briefs. An Admin or agency operator can narrow the catalog for a workspace and add a custom label when the standard catalog does not fit.

A service category helps PIWOT℗ identify the specialist craft involved. A meaningful change from one discipline to another can make a different matched designer more suitable. A small wording change within the same discipline should not force unnecessary rematching.
