01

Accept the newest invitation

  1. 01Open the newest invite email or secure link sent by a workspace admin.
  2. 02Confirm the workspace name and the email address being invited.
  3. 03Sign in with the invited account or create the account when prompted.
  4. 04Complete any required profile or onboarding steps.
  5. 05Open Team to confirm that the expected workspace and role are visible.
02

When the invitation is no longer valid

Ask the workspace admin to confirm that the invite is still pending. A revoked, accepted, replaced, or expired link should not be retried repeatedly. Use the newly issued link instead.

03

Avoid joining with the wrong account

If the browser is already signed in with another email, sign out before accepting the invite. The invited email and the signed-in account should match unless the workspace admin changes the invitation.

04

What the role changes

The invitation assigns Admin, User, or Light user access. Admin can manage the workspace, team, and billing. User handles the normal request workflow. Light user focuses on following, commenting, reviewing, and sharing context. Ask the inviter to correct the role if it does not match your responsibilities.

05

What happens after activation

A new customer account continues into the setup appropriate for its role. Existing users return to the workspace after acceptance. Confirm the organization in the header or Team page before adding files or comments, especially if you belong to more than one workspace.
