Complete the setup flow
- 01Invite the teammates who will brief, review, or approve work.
- 02Share the current brand kit or choose rebrand when the brand system itself needs work.
- 03Prepare the first request so the backlog is useful on day one.
- 04Book the kick-off call in the time zone shown on the calendar.
- 05Connect Slack and choose a channel when your team wants updates there.
Use the getting-started checklist
The checklist keeps setup actions visible after onboarding. An item completes when the corresponding workspace state exists, such as a signed agreement, first request, invited teammate, or completed board tour.
Replay the dashboard tour
The tour points out the board, status columns, New request action, Active capacity, Team, and Settings. Replay it from Settings when the tour control is available.
The setup changes with your role
Admins complete team setup as well as brand, request, call, and connection steps. Users focus on the shared work they can prepare. Light users receive a shorter introduction because they mainly review, comment, and follow progress. A missing Admin-only step is usually a role difference, not a broken account.
Nothing is locked forever
Onboarding creates a usable starting point. Return to Team, Settings, Brand kit, Connections, or the request itself when information changes. Replay the dashboard tour from Settings when a new teammate needs the board explained again.
