Why was my email rejected during checkout?

Checkout requires a work email so the subscription can be tied to the correct company workspace.

The payment form did not load. What should I try?

Allow required scripts for app.piwot.co, disable strict content blocking for the checkout page, then reload. Use the invoice option when it is available to you.

What should I do if payment finished but the page did not confirm it?

Do not submit the payment again while the result is uncertain. Check Billing once, then contact Support with the workspace, approximate time, and any non-sensitive confirmation reference.

Payment confirmation

The workspace is activated after the payment is confirmed. The payment webhook can complete fulfillment even if the browser is closed during the return to PIWOT℗.

Use company information that can be verified

Checkout asks for a work email, company website, company identity, and the person completing the purchase. This information creates the correct workspace and agreement record. Use the legal or operating business details your Admin team expects to see later in Billing.

Agreement comes before payment

When a Service Agreement is required, review the plan, commercial terms, legal party, authority statement, and current document before signing. The payment step follows the signed agreement so the workspace can retain one coherent commercial record.

If the browser closes during payment

PIWOT℗ waits for payment confirmation from Revolut Merchant before activating the workspace. That confirmation can arrive after the checkout tab closes. Reopen the order or sign-in flow before paying again, and contact Support with the order reference if the status remains unclear.
