01

Services

Workspace services shape the choices available when a request is created. Keep the catalog focused on work your team actually requests.

02

Brief templates

Templates provide a useful starting structure for common request types. They should prompt for the goal, audience, source material, constraints, and definition of done without pre-filling assumptions.

03

Services shape request creation

The service list controls which kinds of work customers can choose when creating or editing a request. Keep labels understandable to the people writing briefs. An Admin or agency operator can narrow the catalog for a workspace and add a custom label when the standard catalog does not fit.

04

Service changes can affect matching

A service category helps PIWOT℗ identify the specialist craft involved. A meaningful change from one discipline to another can make a different matched designer more suitable. A small wording change within the same discipline should not force unnecessary rematching.

05

Build templates around recurring decisions

  • Goal and intended audience
  • Required source material and existing assets
  • Format, channel, dimensions, and technical constraints
  • Approval owner and target date
  • Definition of done and known exclusions
