01

Book a call

Choose an available slot from the goals or planning-call area. Booking details are confirmed through the connected scheduling service.

02

Change a booking

Use the booking controls to reschedule or cancel when available. If a meeting recording or summary is connected later, it can support the goals record without replacing the agreed decisions in the workspace.

03

Choose the right call

Use a Goals Review for direction, priorities, and how design should support the business. Use a Planning Call when a concrete body of work needs sequencing, scope, or launch coordination. Add the reason for the call so the team can prepare rather than spending the meeting rediscovering context.

04

Confirm the time zone

The booking surface shows the active time zone. Check it before selecting a slot, especially when booking for teammates in another location. The calendar invitation is the final confirmation of the scheduled time and guests.

05

Reschedule or cancel from the booking controls

Use the available booking link or Goals area to move or cancel a call. Rescheduling preserves the meeting purpose while changing the time. If the guest list, reason, or workspace is wrong and cannot be edited, contact Support with the booking details.

06

Record decisions back in the workspace

A call can create useful direction, but requests remain the source of truth for work. Add agreed priorities to the relevant brief or Goals record and create separate requests for distinct outcomes. A recording or summary can support the decision without replacing the current written requirement.
