Pause, resume, or cancel

Understand what happens to renewal, board access, and the end of the billing period.

01

Pause

Pausing stops renewal activity according to the terms shown in Billing. The board is locked while the workspace is paused, and Resume restores access when the pause can be ended.

02

Cancel

Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period unless the confirmation screen states otherwise. Review the effective date before confirming.

03

Before changing the subscription

  • Confirm the effective date shown on screen
  • Download invoices or agreements your team needs to retain
  • Check unfinished requests and files
  • Tell support promptly if the displayed state does not match the confirmation
04

Know what happens to the board

A paused workspace keeps the board visible but blocks request changes until access resumes. A scheduled cancellation can preserve access until the displayed end date. The confirmation screen is the source of truth for when renewal and edit access change.

05

Prepare before the effective date

Finish or document active work, download required invoices and agreements, confirm who owns remaining files, and tell teammates when editing will stop. If the action was accidental, use Resume or contact Support before the effective date shown in Billing.
