04

Access

01

Profile

Your name and photo help teammates recognize who joined a request or left feedback. Use a work identity that the rest of the workspace will understand.

02

Link defaults

Choose the default display for pasted links, then add domain exceptions for sites that should open as a card, plain URL, inline link, or embed.

03

Calendar preferences

Set the week-start preference used by supported calendar controls. Booking screens still show the active time zone, which you should confirm before choosing a call time.

04

Use an identity teammates recognize

Your name and photo appear beside participation and comments where available. Use your own account rather than sharing credentials. If you act from Slack, use /piwot link when Slack and PIWOT℗ do not recognize the same identity.

05

Personal defaults do not rewrite existing content

Changing the link default affects how supported links are inserted or displayed going forward. Site exceptions override the general default for their domains. Calendar week start changes supported date views, while the time zone shown by a booking surface still controls the actual appointment time.
