01

Update a request

Open a request to change its title, service, priority, target date, brief, files, or members. Request content saves as you work where the interface indicates autosave.

02

Move work

Drag a card between columns or choose a status from the request. Active-lane limits still apply when moving work into Active.

03

Duplicate a useful starting point

Duplicate a request when its structure is useful for new work. Review the copied title, brief, dates, files, and members before treating the duplicate as a new request.

04

Restore a request from Trash

  1. 01Select Trash in the board toolbar.
  2. 02Find the deleted request. Deleted requests remain available for up to 30 days.
  3. 03Select Restore to return it to its previous status, or drag it from Trash onto the board column you want.
  4. 04If Active is full, restore the request to another status or free an Active slot first.
05

Delete forever

Delete forever permanently removes the request. Use it only when the work and its history are no longer needed because it cannot be restored from Trash afterward.
