01

Plan access

Your plan includes a set number of requests that can be Active at the same time. Backlog size does not use active-request capacity.

02

Add parallel work

Workspace admins can add Active Request capacity from Billing. The checkout shows the recurring addition and the date it affects before confirmation.

03

Larger changes

Changes above the self-serve limit move to a planning conversation so delivery and staffing can be confirmed first.

04

Backlog and Active capacity are separate

You can prepare future work in Backlog without consuming an Active lane. Capacity is used only by requests currently in Active. Needs Input and Done do not use the lane, which lets the team unblock or close work before starting something else.

05

Only Admins change the plan

Billing is visible according to workspace role, but subscription, payment, and capacity changes require Admin access. Review the amount, effective date, and updated capacity shown in the confirmation before approving a recurring change.

06

The limit is enforced everywhere

The board, restored requests, direct request updates, and Slack actions use the same Active limit. If a move is blocked, choose another status, finish current work, or review capacity in Billing. A priority label does not override the limit.
