01

Choose the role before you invite

  • Admin: manages the workspace, team, billing, agreements, and Active Request capacity
  • User: creates and manages requests, comments, uploads, and reviews without team or billing administration
  • Light user: follows progress, comments, reviews, and shares assets with limited workspace control
02

Invite a teammate

  1. 01Open Team from the workspace navigation.
  2. 02Select Invite and enter the teammate's work email.
  3. 03Choose Admin, User, or Light user based on what they need to do.
  4. 04Send the email invitation or copy the invite link.
  5. 05The teammate accepts the invite and signs in or creates their account.
03

Manage a pending invitation

Team shows invitations that have not been accepted yet. Resend when the recipient missed the email. Revoke an invitation when the wrong address or role was used, then create a new one.

04

Share invite links carefully

An invite link can be easier to send through a trusted work channel, but it still grants a path into the workspace. Revoke an old invitation when its link should no longer be usable.

05

Change a role or remove access

Admins can change a member's role as responsibilities change. Remove access when someone leaves the company or no longer needs the workspace. Their earlier request activity remains part of the work history.

06

Add people to the work they need

Workspace membership gives access based on the selected role. Request membership is separate and shows who is involved in a specific brief, discussion, or approval. A reviewer does not need to be an Admin simply because they are important to one request.
