Download the source when preview is not enough
Previews are for recognition and review. Download the original when you need to inspect layers, production settings, embedded fonts, or another detail the browser preview cannot preserve.
Use pins for location and comments for decisions
Place an annotation on the exact visual area, then describe the intended change and reason. Use the request conversation for feedback that applies to the whole asset, several screens, or the overall direction. This keeps local fixes separate from broader decisions.
Review the right version
Check the filename and surrounding request activity before annotating. If a newer image replaces the one you opened, move unresolved direction into a current comment rather than relying on a pin attached to an older version.
