01
Recommended setup
- 01Confirm your workspace name and logo in Settings.
- 02Open Team and invite the teammates who write briefs, review work, or approve delivery.
- 03Add your brand kit, existing guidelines, fonts, logos, and useful references.
- 04Connect Slack if your team wants request updates in a channel.
- 05Select New request and include what success looks like, not only what to make.
02
A strong first request includes
- The business goal or decision behind the work
- The audience and where they will see it
- What already exists and what must stay
- Useful source files, links, examples, and constraints
- A clear definition of done
03
Invite people for a reason
Invite the people who will write briefs, provide brand context, review work, or approve delivery. Give each person the least powerful role that still lets them do their job. A reviewer can be a Light user or User without becoming a workspace Admin.
04
What a useful first week looks like
- The correct workspace identity and team roles are visible
- The strongest existing brand material is available
- At least one focused request is ready in Backlog or Active
- The team knows who should answer Needs Input
- Slack is connected and tested if your team wants channel updates
